The large island offers a statement as well as social space to sit in front of the hidden drinks bar. The dark matt intelligent black paint creates an industrial feel combined against the concrete floor. Whilst also having the benefit of being self-repairing. The design of the island legs helps the piece of furniture feel more freestanding giving a total contrast against the natural fitted oak.

Our favourite highlight of this kitchen, apart from the palette of natural materials has to be ‘the bar’ a feature every home owner should have. An especially created alcove to house cabinets specifically designed to hide a drinks fridge, work surface and storage to create the all-important drinks. Finished in the soft paint hues to compliment the walls help emphasise the understated elegance.
